Embracing the Journey

During my time at West Virginia University, I had the opportunity to play football at a high level, where I was fortunate to earn All-Big 12 honors and be recognized among the top 50 defensive backs in the country. Heading into my senior season, I was ranked top 5 at my position by Pro Football Focus—accomplishments I’m proud of, but ones that also reflect the discipline, preparation, and leadership instilled in me along the way.

What’s mattered just as much—if not more—than what happened on the field is the influence of the people around me, especially the coaches who saw more in me than stats or potential. Coaching, to me, has always been about connection. It’s about helping someone see what they’re capable of becoming, and being a steady presence through that process. I’ve experienced that impact firsthand, and it’s what drives my desire to give back through the game. Whether it’s teaching technique, building trust, or shaping culture, coaching is where purpose and performance meet—and that’s where I want to be.

Agility and Endurance Training

Agility improves your ability to change direction quickly and stay balanced, while endurance builds the stamina to keep going without getting tired. Together, they boost your overall fitness, coordination, and confidence—whether you’re training for a sport or just want to feel stronger in everyday life.

Strength Training

Strength training involves exercises that improve muscular strength and endurance by using resistance such as weights, machines, or bodyweight. It supports better movement, injury prevention, and long-term health.

HIIT Training

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combines short, intense efforts with brief recovery periods to improve cardiovascular fitness, burn fat, and build strength efficiently.
